HexaBaffle is a creative and exciting way to reduce filter current and aquascape the surface of your aquarium. This baffle attaches underneath your hang-on-back filter (or other waterfall-type filter) using strong suction cups. For buoyancy’s sake, we recommend sticking with smaller plants and just placing the stem directly into the tube. Rocks/balls in the tube or large plants could cause the planter to sink.

One pouch of FISHIT! contains billions of live bacteria from another real, established freshwater aquarium to rapidly establish the biofilter of a new aquarium. Most "bottled bacteria" products contain sugars or inactive bacteria so the products can be shelf stable... This is just fish poop. Hence the name. We can't be more blunt: This is, quite literally, a pouch of fish poop. BUT! IT WORKS!

Growing pothos or other houseplants out of my aquariums is one of my favorite ways to beautify my tanks while also making the water healthier and cleaner. One major issue with many methods of growing plants this way, though, is their roots. They’ll look great for a few months until their roots take over half of the entire tank, blocking out the light for your aquatic plants and making that part of the tank nearly unusable.

Use HexaLink XL to keep huge floating plants, then link other HexaLink products inside or outside of it to create awesome designs! This floating plant corral works great for any floating plant, but is expecially useful for larger floaters like Hygroryza Aristata, Water Lettuce, Amazon Frogbit, etc.
